6. Service Level and Support

Service levels and support terms are defined in individual service agreements. We strive to maintain high availability and performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pontevo AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

Our liability is limited as specified in individual service agreements and applicable law.

8. Term and Termination

These terms remain in effect while you use our services. We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately for violations of these terms or as required by law.

Enterprise service agreements may specify additional termination terms and procedures.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through our website or direct communication. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway, unless otherwise specified in enterprise service agreements.
